About this role

We’re seeking a sharp, all rounded, specialist in Business Development, who's keen on taking on the Growth of Partnerships at Vimbu and even more eager on carving a new future for ski and snowboard lessons. Having experienced very rapid growth during our first year, we are now expanding Vimbu across several European markets and are recentering the focus and KPIs on different sales funnels. This position has a major role in successfully achieving this.Roles & Responsibilities: Design a new plan of action to increase the number of high-level partners on an international scale.Manage and acquire new partners, such as Hotel / Chains, Digital + Offline Travel Agencies, Universities, Festivals and Schools, which refer their customers to our platform and are a large funnel for sales in our GTM strategy. Create new strategies to increase sales through partnerships / strategic alliances.Work with the technical team (our great software developers :) in order to create an efficient internal Partner Relationship Management and to accelerate their adoption period.Moderate Travel.Being an early-stage startup, you’ll be part of a small but highly competent team, taking on more responsibility and flexibility than in the typical corporate job. Requirements:Professional communication and presenting skills.Enthusiasm for any type of Winter Sport.A background in Sales / Strategic Alliances / Business Development.Fluency in any or combination of languages: French, Spanish, German, Italian, Mandarin.High aptitude for using technological solutions to optimise efficiency.
