About this role

Vimbu is searching for a Customer Success Manager who will play a pivotal role in ensuring customers are satisfied and instructors are onboarded succesfully. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for customers, and will be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that may arise and helping them get the most out of our products. This is a fast-paced and high-pressure role, but also one that offers a lot of autonomy and opportunity for creative problem solving.

The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as experience in mediation or conflict resolution. In addition, we are looking for someone who is highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
